The 18th arrondissement
The 18th arrondissement is very touristic because it is the home of the famous Sacré Coeur Basilic and the Butte Montmartre popularized in the early 20th century by the artists living there. The other parts of the arrondissement are working class neighborhoods with the Goutte d'Or and Barbès areas.
