The 3th arrondissement

The 3rd arrondissement includes a  neighborhood called Le Marais. It's a lively district with many shops and small streets surrounded by old buildings. It holds the Picasso Museum and many mansions. North of the district lays the Arts & Métiers conservatory.

Most buildings are from 17th and 18th century. This district includes the oldest house of Paris (1407).

The purchase price of m² is currently around 13.000 €.
